MS-1000 Manifold Skid

High and low pressure manifold are separated which are convenient for placement .

The high pressure manifold is mainly composed of high pressure plug valve ,needle valve ,tee, high pressure straight pipe ,etc, with pressure 15000 Psi(105Mpa).

FL-5 Filter Skid

The filer skid is composed of skid frame, filter, circuitry, two centrifugal pumps and relevant inlet & outlet pipes.

Two sets of filtering systems can be switched on or off via relevant valves as required ,

The filter skid filters the preflush and transports the preflush from cabin to blender on platform which meets the requirement for sand control of entire equipment in offshore.

 Two pumps can work independently . One pump for suction ,another for discharge; both can be for suction or discharge,

 When pump is not being used ,turn on./off butterfly valve to switch between outlet and inlet.
